About me!

Hi! My name is Stella, I grew up in the Northwest, and as a child I loved the Arts. When I moved to secondary school, I stopped some of my hobbies in order to focus on my studies, that was a mistake. COVID hit me as it did to everyone else, and suddenly my paints, paintbrushes and pens came out, I began painting, drawing and writing again, but I didn't have any guidance on what to do with my hobbies, so when I came back to school, back in the cupboard they went. Until I joined Creatives Now, a youth led arts collective. I never considered myself an artistic individual, but I still joined so I could try something new. Today, I have spoken at conferences, represented Creatives Now at gatherings, joined in many projects and even helped organise events. Today, I use the Arts to help me flourish as an individual!
